We are looking for a talented individual to join our ADCM team as a Director. This key role will be based in New York, NY, and offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
What You’ll Do:
In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference by:
- Leading & Collaborating: Work closely with teams across construction, design, and internal partners like Technology and Security while managing outsourced services at various building sites.
- Providing Leadership: Guide outsourced teams, professionals, and contractors to ensure effective processes and procedures are in place.
- Executing Initiatives: Oversee the execution of business plans and develop strategies that align with our key objectives.
- Managing Teams: Set priorities, allocate resources effectively, and oversee the performance of senior construction managers.
- Building Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our building sites and all construction-related matters within our portfolio.
What You Bring to the Team:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 10 years of experience in a corporate setting, particularly with international exposure and extensive renovation projects (NYC experience is a plus).
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with construction and project management software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A genuine interest in the financial services sector and corporate environments.
- Excellent organizational skills and project management abilities.

For this role, the expected base salary ranges from $125,000 to $250,000 annually, based on individual qualifications and market considerations.
