We’re excited to expand our team at our vibrant outpatient facility in Flushing, New York! We’re searching for compassionate Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) who are fluent in Mandarin to help us provide top-notch, patient-centered care to our community. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to kids, adults, and seniors.
- Manage everything from sudden illnesses and chronic conditions to routine check-ups.
- Utilize telemedicine technology to connect with patients right from our office.
- Work closely with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care.
- Share your expertise by educating patients about wellness, nutrition, and preventive health practices.
- Under the guidance of a physician, prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and procedures, interpret the results, and discuss them with patients.
- Keep thorough and precise patient records.
What We’re Looking For:
- An active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure eligible in New York State.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a must.
- Ideally, you’ll have at least 2 years of experience in a primary care or family practice environment.
- You should possess strong communication skills and a knack for working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- A commitment to providing culturally competent care to our diverse patient base.
Work Schedule Flexibility:
- Choose a schedule that suits your lifestyle! Options include:
- Full-Time: 40 hours a week, with the expectation of 1-2 weekends monthly.
- Part-Time: Commit to 1-2 days a week or a consistent 3-5 days weekly.
- There may also be occasional travel to our upcoming Brooklyn office.
Compensation & Benefits:
- We offer a competitive salary ranging from $170,000 to $210,000 annually, depending on your experience.
