The Opportunity Awaits You:
As a vital part of our US Enterprise Sales team, you’ll be stepping into a role that’s crucial in propelling one of the quickest-growing companies in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity arenas. You’ll be reaching out to Banks and Financial Institutions throughout the US, collaborating closely with our talented Sales Engineers and Business Leaders. Our vibrant office in New York will be your base as you embark on this exciting journey.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hitting monthly and quarterly revenue targets with style
- Collaborating closely with Fireblocks Business Development Representatives, Business Solutions, and GTM teams
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with prospects and clients
- Strategizing on territory and account planning
- Keeping our Fireblocks CRM up-to-date and organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales, preferably targeting financial services and TradFi
- A solid understanding of how Banks operate on a grand scale
- A genuine passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Experience in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is a plus
- Familiarity with co-selling models in technology partnerships is preferred
- A track record of exceeding targets in enterprise sales roles
- A relentless drive and entrepreneurial spirit
- A knack for prospecting and identifying new opportunities
- A team player who thrives on collaboration

Now, a note about compensation: For those joining us remotely or from our NYC headquarters, we’re obliged by law to share a reasonable estimate of the salary range for your role. Given the competitive nature of New York City, we consider various factors like experience, skills, and business needs when finalizing compensation. For this position, you can expect a base salary range of approximately $140,000 to $183,750. This base salary is just one component of your total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits suite.
