Job description:
Company Overview
Welcome to KIPP NYC!
KIPP NYC Public Schools is a dynamic nonprofit network encompassing 18 free, public charter schools nestled in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. Our mission is simple yet profound: in partnership with families and communities, we strive to create joyful and rigorous educational experiences that lay the groundwork for a fairer world. Our journey began in 1995 with the opening of KIPP Academy, our first middle school in the Bronx. We envision a future where every child has the opportunity to shape their own destiny and contribute to their communities. Today, we proudly serve over 12,000 students and alumni across eight elementary schools, nine middle schools, one high school, and KIPP Forward—a holistic program dedicated to supporting our students and alumni as they navigate their educational and career journeys. Our growing family of over 1,000 passionate staff members includes 8% alumni, and we’re excited to see where our mission leads us next!
