Your Role
We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Systems Administrator to join our dynamic Global Support team. In this role, you’ll be the linchpin providing both on-site and remote technical support across our NYC and international offices. You’ll work alongside a variety of technology teams, fostering an environment where collaboration leads to new insights and solutions. Your expertise will be crucial as you dive into various IT initiatives that align with the unique demands of our fast-paced business.
As our ideal candidate, you’re not just tech-savvy—you’re an enthusiastic problem-solver with a knack for both hardware and software troubleshooting. You have a deep understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, networking, and application deployment using tools like SCCM, AirWatch, or Jamf. Your inquisitiveness and drive for process improvement through automation will be invaluable in reducing recurring issues.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for technical operations, supporting all production and development environments.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to assess their needs and provide necessary resources to meet their ambitious goals.
- Ensure client requests and operational issues are addressed promptly.
- Assist with offsite events, from setup to support and teardown.
- Embody a passion for exceptional client experience and support.
- Look for opportunities to streamline and automate service delivery processes.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities seamlessly.
- Support new hires by ensuring they’re fully equipped and ready from day one.
- Manage inventory and asset tracking for company-provided equipment and software.
- Help set up and break down audio/visual hardware for conference rooms and video conferences.
- Work independently, with the ability to respond quickly, even during off-hours if emergencies arise.
- Be prepared for occasional local travel.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3-5 years of experience working with Windows 10, MacOS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and TCP/IP networks (including DHCP and DNS).
- Hands-on experience in the configuration, management, and support of various operating systems for desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Strong network knowledge, including implementing, managing, and troubleshooting network devices.
- Familiarity with Okta or similar Two-Factor Authentication solutions.
- Experience with SCCM for desktop OS deployment and software management.
- Working knowledge of AirWatch/Intelligent Hub/Jamf or equivalent mobile device management.
- Proficiency in managing a variety of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and consoles.
- A foundation in current-gen gaming consoles (Xbox Series X, PS5, Nintendo Switch, PC) is a plus, with an interest in development kits being even better.
- Comfort with productivity tools like MS Office, Zoom, and Slack, and experience with remote work solutions such as VPN and VDI.
- Solid knowledge of local and NAS-based storage solutions and cloud services.
- Understanding of security best practices.
- Ability to utilize PowerShell and scripting for automation.
- Experience with conference room technology and audio/visual setups.
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticket systems like ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical folks.
- A strong attention to detail and a real passion for video games is a must!
Bonus Points
- While not required, certifications like MCSE, MCDST, ITIL, Network+, or A+ are highly preferred.

Compensation
Based in New York City, the salary range for this position starts between $75,500 and $111,740 per year. Your final pay will reflect market considerations, your skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Total compensation may also include bonuses or equity awards.
