This position reports to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and allows for a mix of US remote work and office presence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Forge and nurture strong relationships within our Strategic Partnership portfolio, including monthly check-ins with partners.
- Monitor partnership performance to ensure agreements are upheld and targets are achieved.
- Play a key role in quarterly business reviews (QBR), aiding in content development and execution for our strategic partners.
- Identify, qualify, and close new revenue-generating opportunities, with a focus on building recurring revenue and innovative platform initiatives.
- Facilitate strategic product development sessions, gathering insights from key players across the organization, including Product, Ops, and Account Management.
- Drive sales enablement efforts for partners utilizing ShareThis/Predactiv solutions.
- Act as a bridge between external partners and Predactiv teams to foster collaboration on new products and revenue-generating ideas.
- Provide insights for our strategic partnerships strategy, leveraging your industry and partner expertise.
- Actively seek out and negotiate new partnership deals, maximizing client value while generating measurable revenue for Predactiv.
- Aim to consistently meet and surpass quarterly revenue targets and management objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in AdTech and Digital Media, with a focus on enterprise or strategic partnerships being a plus.
- At least 3 years of proven success in a business development role, showcasing a record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Solid understanding of the AdTech landscape, particularly around Programmatic advertising.
- A track record of building strong relationships and effectively selling to client organizations.
- A self-starter with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, listening, critical thinking, and closing skills, both formally and informally.
- The ability to inspire confidence and represent Predactiv with top-tier partners and prospects.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage large groups and senior stakeholders.
- Adaptability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- A BA/BS degree, boasting a solid academic background.

Expected salary: $200000 – 250000 per year
