Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Genesis Healthcare, you’ll play a vital role in changing lives. You’ll have the chance to truly connect with your patients, their families, and your colleagues. With a diverse population of residents who may have a variety of complex health conditions, you’ll expand your skills and knowledge in many areas, ensuring that you provide the best care possible.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and partner with the nursing team, alongside other medical professionals, patients, and families, to craft meaningful care plans.
- Set achievable short- and long-term goals for our patients, implementing interventions as needs arise to help minimize hospital readmissions while continually assessing their health outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Delegate responsibilities to your team and supervise their execution to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Facilitate clear communication about patient information among team members across shifts.
Qualifications:
- A graduate from an accredited nursing school and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification is required.

Salary Range:
USD $43.00 – $49.00 per hour.
