We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant team at The Learning Experience – Columbus Circle. If you have an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA, we want to hear from you! Step into a role that lets you make a real impact on young lives.
Pay Range: $23 – $25 per hour
Age Group: Infants/Toddlers
Your Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time position
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, coach, and inspire your co-teachers while modeling positive behaviors and offering helpful feedback.
- Create a safe and engaging classroom environment where children can thrive.
- Be a role model that fosters a love for learning, using a growth mindset to help nurture young minds.
- Implement our exclusive L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with children in a way that respects each child’s individual needs.
- Cultivate a nurturing space filled with play and learning that encourages exploration.
- Keep parents in the loop by sharing their child’s adventures through mobile apps and engaging conversations.
- Partner with fellow staff and leadership to help our center excel in enrollment and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with families and colleagues, making our environment a dynamic hub of learning and fun.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of six months of professional teaching experience, with a preference for one year.
- An Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field) is preferred. We’ll also consider you if you have a study plan for obtaining early childcare certification.
- Familiarity with developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) is a must.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Must meet your state’s specific guidelines for this role.
