As our new Customer Success Specialist, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients and leverage your technical, analytical, and communication skills to help them derive maximum value from CHEQ’s award-winning invalid detection solutions. You’ll not just be another voice on the line; you’ll be a trusted advisor and the face of our company for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Take charge of your portfolio, ensuring our customers get the value they deserve throughout their journey with us—boosting adoption and fostering growth along the way.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, translating their goals into a tailored implementation plan that’s both timely and impactful.
- Be the go-to expert on our products; clients will look to you for insights on how to get the most out of CHEQ’s offerings.
- Dive into data and conduct thorough reviews of customer fraud activity, sharing your findings and insights to empower clients.
- Serve as their problem-solving partner, both independently and in collaboration with other teams, tackling challenges with curiosity and creativity.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement, and engage in ongoing account performance planning and reviews.
- Champion customer advocacy by encouraging clients to share their success stories through references, referrals, and case studies.
- Join us in our New York office at least twice a week to collaborate with your teammates.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, either leading or supporting.
- A background in SaaS or AdTech for a similar duration.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail; we love self-starters who are willing to dig deep to solve problems and learn in the process.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or business intelligence tools, along with experience in data analysis and reporting. Ability to present your findings to C-level executives is a plus!
- Familiarity with Paid Search and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising platforms, like Google Ads and Google Analytics, is beneficial but not required.
- Experience in measuring and analyzing marketing performance metrics would certainly give you an edge.
- A tech-savvy mindset that embraces continuous learning and adapts easily to new solutions and tools.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills that make communication and negotiation a breeze.
- A track record of exceeding objectives, coupled with an intrinsic drive for results.
- A Bachelor’s degree with a technical focus is an advantage.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary in the range of $90K-$100K annually. Actual compensation will be tailored to the individual, reflecting a variety of factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and specific work location. This information is shared in accordance with New York City’s salary disclosure law.
