At The Learning Experience, our Lead Teachers are the heartbeat of our centers. As ambassadors of happiness, they create daily opportunities that reflect our commitment to making a positive difference in the communities we serve.
In this role, you’ll implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, guiding our little ones from infants to age 4. Your creativity and passion will help ignite a love of learning, foster curiosity, and develop essential skills in each child.
What You’ll Do:
- Take charge of classroom management, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for all.
- Mentor and support your fellow teachers, sharing your knowledge and offering constructive feedback.
- Tailor the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to meet the unique needs of every child, empowering them to thrive.
- Keep parents in the loop about their little ones’ exciting journeys through various communication channels, including mobile apps and parent chats.
- Collaborate with your center staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement goals, contributing to the overall success of the center.
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of each child in your care.
Are You the Right Fit?
We’re looking for individuals who have:
- A minimum of 1 year of professional teaching experience (2 years preferred).
- An associate degree or are currently on a study plan.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
- The ability to meet state-specific guidelines for this role.
