Walmart Connect is on the lookout for a dynamic Team Lead to join our Sales Leadership team, specifically focusing on expanding our partnerships within the Food sector. If you’ve got a strong sales background and a passion for building and nurturing advertiser relationships, we want to hear from you!
As our Team Lead, you’ll strategize and implement growth initiatives for key Food advertisers, while also guiding a dedicated team of salespeople, account managers, and campaign managers. Your role will be crucial in scaling our business efforts while ensuring our clients’ needs are met with top-notch solutions.

What You Bring:

Salary Range:
We’re offering an annual salary that sits between $108,000 and $216,000, along with the potential for performance bonuses and additional compensation options.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field with 4 years of experience in business or market development.
- Option 2: 6 years of experience in business or market development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience preparing and managing budgets.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- A Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related area.
