Sales Performance: You’ll keep a close eye on sales metrics, spotting trends and areas for enhancement. Your analytical prowess will guide discussions about sales strategies, and you’ll communicate results to key stakeholders so everyone is on the same page.

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with teams like Marketing and Product Development will ensure that our sales strategies align perfectly with our overarching company objectives. Plus, you’ll collaborate closely with our C-suite leaders to refine business strategies tailored to key client portfolios.

Diverse Communication: Every day, you’ll adapt your communication style to resonate with a range of audiences, from clients to colleagues. By leveraging your emotional intelligence, you’ll foster strong connections and navigate the unique cultural and business landscapes of new markets smoothly.

Sales Strategy Development: By analyzing market trends and competitor activity, you’ll identify and implement sales strategies that accelerate growth in emerging markets. You’ll balance short-term wins with long-term goals, making savvy decisions on resource allocation to enhance our sales outcomes. Plus, you’ll routinely reassess goals based on market dynamics and organizational needs.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $132,000 to $264,000 annually, with additional performance bonuses that recognize your contributions.
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales, advertising, retail, ecommerce, or a similar area.
- A minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.
- A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, it would be great if you have experience in selling or executing paid search/retail media solutions and a knack for solving complex problems with scalability in mind.
