Qualifications and Skills
To thrive in this position, you should bring the following to the table:
- A solid track record in Windows OS troubleshooting, network configuration, and hands-on hardware diagnostics and repair—this is a must!
- Experience managing Active Directory, allowing for seamless authentication and access management across networked environments.
- CCNA certification or an equivalent understanding of network concepts and protocols—you should feel comfortable navigating the networking landscape.
- A CompTIA certification that showcases your ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of tech-related challenges efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills that enable you to tackle technical issues independently and proactively.
- Excellent communication skills that will help you connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear technical support.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping attention to detail and maintaining high efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance for IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime while keeping everything running smoothly.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized IT solutions that align with their business goals.
- Configure and support network infrastructure components to ensure seamless integration of all technological resources.
- Document and report on system errors, repairs, and planned upgrades, fostering effective communication with both the team and clients.
- Carry out regular system checks and updates to safeguard against vulnerabilities and bolster cybersecurity defenses.
- Assist in rolling out new hardware and software solutions, making sure they mesh well with existing systems.
- Offer technical guidance and training to clients, empowering them with the knowledge to manage their own IT infrastructure confidently.
- Stay in the loop with the latest technology trends and innovations to continually enhance our service delivery.
