As an Assistant Teacher, Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Collaborating with teachers to implement KinderCare’s curriculum and meet State Pre-K requirements, tailoring your approach to fit each child’s unique needs while fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Partnering with parents who share the desire to provide their little ones with the best education and care possible.
- Supporting the overall success of your center by working alongside staff and leaders to enhance enrollment, achieve accreditation, and boost community engagement.
- Building positive relationships with families, educators, state licensing authorities, and community partners to create a united front for the children.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional customer service skills that help create a welcoming environment.
- Compliance with state-specific Pre-K qualifications for the role.
- Physical ability to engage with children, including using a computer, maintaining visual contact, and participating in activities.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively connect with children and their families.
Compensation: Pay starts at $13.35 and can go up to $48.00 hourly, depending on experience.
