About the Team:
Our team is expanding, and we’re excited to build a cutting-edge audience solution tech stack powered by our extensive first-party data. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take the lead in developing and managing our targeting and audience products. We’re dedicated to creating top-notch solutions that help advertisers effectively reach and engage their target audiences across various channels. If you have a solid grasp of audience segmentation, machine learning models, and the digital advertising landscape, you could be a great fit!
This role is based in one of our vibrant offices—whether you prefer the hustle of New York City, the sunny vibe of Los Angeles, or the tech-forward culture of San Francisco. Just a heads up, this position requires you to be in the office five days a week.
What You’ll Do:

Craft the Product Strategy & Roadmap:
You’ll define and bring to life our product vision, including developing strategies and measuring success. Your knack for prioritizing features and enhancements will ensure we deliver maximum value to our clients and our platform. -
Leverage Technical Expertise:
Using data as your secret weapon, you’ll uncover insights that guide collaborative analysis and demonstrate the potential impact of our products. Your deep understanding of ad serving mechanics will empower you to troubleshoot and resolve issues across various data sources. - Champion Innovation & Thought Leadership:
Staying current with the latest trends in audience segmentation and digital advertising innovation, you’ll advocate for forward-thinking solutions that enhance the user experience while driving value for our clients.
About You:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree, and ideally, a Master’s or MBA.
- You have 5+ years of experience in digital advertising technology, and a solid 5-8 years in product management with at least 3 years focusing on machine learning, attribution, or audience management.
- You’re well-versed in audience segmentation and have a strong grasp of the ad tech ecosystem. Plus, you’ve successfully built collaborative pipelines across teams.
- You’ve delivered robust roadmaps and executed plans that empower other teams to meet their customers’ needs effectively.
- Communication is your forte, and you excel in influencing stakeholders of all levels.
- You enjoy working with diverse teams including Sales, Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, and other Product Teams.

Compensation Details:
For California-based roles, the salary range for this position is between $108,000 and $216,000 per year, alongside eligibility for an annual bonus, equity options, and a comprehensive suite of medical, dental, and vision benefits.
For New York-based roles, the compensation mirrors our California offerings, ensuring competitive and equitable pay across both locations.
