ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a natural relationship builder with a knack for operations? Rightway is searching for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to contact for a diverse range of clients, ensuring they navigate our services with ease and satisfaction.

You’ll be forging strong connections with key stakeholders including brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators, all while amplifying client satisfaction and outcomes that align with their goals. Your insights will reflect the client’s voice in our cross-functional teamwork, playing a vital part in client retention and business growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Relationship Management: You’ll own the client relationship from start to finish, building trust and rapport that lasts. As the first point of contact for both external inquiries and internal collaboration, your role will be key in providing a seamless experience.

Proactive Client Engagement: Your strategic mindset will help you develop meaningful relationships with clients. From implementation through to ongoing discussions, you’ll focus on understanding their goals, offering tailored solutions, identifying opportunities, and proactively addressing potential challenges.

Success Metrics and Reporting: You’ll keep a pulse on client health, using data to inform account strategies and uncover growth opportunities. By tracking progress against industry benchmarks, you’ll ensure we not only meet but exceed client expectations. Plus, you’ll share insights in quarterly reviews with clients and stakeholders.

Upselling & Renewals: Lead the renewal process and identify chances to enhance the client experience through upselling additional services, all while supporting our growth objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration: You’ll team up with various departments—Sales, Implementation, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Support—to create a cohesive approach to client success. Your role will involve bringing client feedback into discussions that shape our business strategies and ensure deliverables align with client needs.

Escalation Management and Issue Resolution: When issues arise, you’ll be on the front lines, addressing concerns head-on and working with internal teams for swift resolutions. Collaboration will be key as you help implement process improvements aimed at enhancing the overall client experience.
- Product Expertise: Stay knowledgeable about Rightway’s offerings, engaging in client webinars, training sessions, and events to share insights and educate on our Navigation & PBM solutions.
WHO YOU ARE
- You hold a bachelor’s degree (a master’s is a plus!) and come with 3-5 years of hands-on client-facing experience, showcasing a history of enhancing client value.
- You’ve got a foundation in healthcare technology or benefits and can navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments with ease.
- Leading projects and influencing others come naturally to you, and you’re adept at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and highly motivated, you take pride in your organizational and time management skills. You thrive in startup-like atmospheres and are ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- You embody a commitment to operational excellence, always seeking continuous improvements.
- Communication is your forte—you listen actively and simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- You excel at collaboration, bringing critical thinking to problem-solving, and working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

SALARY: $85,000 – $130,000
