Your Role

As an apprentice in our Consult team, you’ll embark on a hands-on learning experience that will equip you with essential technical and business skills, which you will then apply to real-life projects with our prestigious clients. This program not only sets you up for success but also allows you to specialize in one of several key areas, including:
- Cloud Services: Dive into our cutting-edge cloud solutions, where you’ll help clients navigate their digital transformation journeys while optimizing IT costs and enhancing their security measures.
- Cybersecurity: You’ll work alongside our Security & Resiliency team, learning the ins and outs of safeguarding and maintaining robust digital environments for our clients, ensuring their data is secure and their business continuity is never compromised.
- Core Enterprise and zCloud: As the largest mainframe services provider globally, Kyndryl empowers businesses with secure and reliable mainframe services. You’ll discover how modern mainframe technologies can lay the foundation for our clients’ journeys to a hybrid cloud.

- An AA degree
- 104 UCAS points from AP courses (don’t forget to share this document with us!)
- Some experience from a technical internship is a plus

Compensation
In the U.S., the pay range for this role is between $43,080 and $77,400 annually, based on a full-time schedule, but your exact salary could vary based on your location, skills, and experience. For our part-time roles, we’ll adjust the compensation accordingly. Specific state ranges include:
- California: $47,280 to $92,760
- Colorado: $43,080 to $77,400
- New York City: $51,600 to $92,760
- Washington State: $47,280 to $84,960
- Washington, D.C.: $47,280 to $84,960
In addition to your salary, you may qualify for Kyndryl’s annual discretionary bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement options, paid time off, and more.
