Your Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement a growth strategy that puts the customer first for key holding companies and their operating divisions.
- Take the lead in educating and empowering agency teams through events and training.
- Spot opportunities for creative collaboration within agencies, especially around large-scale, custom projects.
- Collaborate with broader Amazon Advertising teams to pinpoint transformative partnership opportunities aligned with our product development plans.
- Work hand-in-hand with various partner teams across Amazon Ads, including Account Management, Ad Tech, and Global Agency Accounts.
- Confidently lead discussions and presentations on video advertising to help enhance agency engagement with this powerful format.
What You Bring:
Basic Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- At least 7 years in digital media ad sales.
- Proven experience in closing deals and generating revenue.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A track record of building strong relationships with new clients.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and increasing revenue.

Compensation Information:
We recognize that compensation varies widely across different areas in the U.S. For this role, the base salary ranges from $121,700 in the lowest geographic markets to $201,200 in the highest. Pay varies based on factors like market location, level of expertise, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, this position is eligible for variable pay through a sales compensation plan, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, which may include equity options, sign-on bonuses, and other perks.
