Position: Nurse Leader – Outpatient Infusion in NYC
Compensation: $146,100.00 – $241,100.00

We are on the hunt for a passionate and spirited Nurse Leader to join our infusion team at various locations across New York City. What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Nurse Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of providing exceptional nursing care while embodying the core values and goals of MSK. Your role will include:
- Inspiring and empowering our nursing staff to deliver top-notch patient care.
- Upholding all regulatory standards to ensure patient safety is always a priority.
- Teaming up with doctors and administrative staff to enhance the quality of patient services across our infusion centers, including:
- Sydney Kimmel Center for Prostate and Urologic Cancers
- Ralph Lauren Center
- Brooklyn Infusion Center
- Infusion Float Pool
In addition to supervising registered nurses and support staff, you’ll manage human resource functions such as hiring, onboarding, and staff development. Your leadership will create an environment where excellence in clinical practice flourishes.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Relevant nursing certification (we’ve got some specifics to discuss!).
- BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
- A valid NYS RN license and registration.
- At least 5 years of recent clinical experience, ideally in ambulatory oncology.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills; you know how to connect with people!

- Location: Our vibrant NYC Outpatient Infusion Centers.
- Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend rotation.
- Reporting To: The Director of Nursing, Ambulatory Services.
