About the Role
In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of linking business objectives to the development and deployment of capabilities that drive a top-tier workforce. What You’ll Be Doing
- Foster strategic partnerships within People & Culture and across various brands and functions to craft and execute impactful talent strategies.
- Provide your expertise in talent development as you evaluate capabilities essential for attaining specific business goals.
- Oversee the implementation of projects and programs, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for our employees.
- Create and refresh learning solutions using a standardized development process designed to support employee advancement.
- Share your insights as a subject matter expert to program and curriculum owners during the initial conception and design phases.
- Facilitate learning sessions through various methods, including in-person training, leader-led sessions, and online platforms.
Who You Are
- You have a passion for continuous learning and possess the savvy needed to build strong relationships throughout our organization, understand diverse business needs, and deliver measurable results.
- You’re a creative thinker who brings technical knowledge in adult learning theory, instructional design, and leadership and functional development.
- Your facilitation and coaching skills are top-notch, allowing you to listen actively, probe effectively, and analyze information to transform business challenges into learning opportunities.
- You’re proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and have experience with e-learning tools like Articulate (a plus!).
- You can assess complex situations with ease, analyze data to make informed judgments, and propose practical solutions.

Salary Range: $149,600 – $198,200 USD
Your pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. We ensure compliance with minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range, whichever is higher, based on city, county, and state regulations.
