About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product for our Managed Services (MAX) division. In this role, you’ll be at the helm of shaping our vision, strategy, and roadmap. You’ll collaborate closely with talented teams across engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success to enhance and expand our MAX offerings. Your deep expertise in cybersecurity and managed services will be crucial in driving our efforts to help clients become more cyber-resilient.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the charge on the overall product strategy and roadmap for MAX, ensuring alignment with both business goals and customer needs.
- Team up with cross-functional departments to design and roll out new features and enhancements to our managed security service.
- Develop and refine pricing models, go-to-market strategies, and frameworks that engage and support our customers effectively.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to boost market adoption and elevate the customer experience.
- Stay close to our users by gathering insights and feedback to validate offerings and ensure a solid product-market fit.
- Use data-driven insights to guide strategic choices, improve user experiences, and streamline operations.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of cybersecurity trends, market changes, and competitor activities to maintain MAX’s edge in the industry.
- Act as a spokesperson for MAX, internally and externally, sharing your thought leadership and advocacy for our services.
What We Need From You:
- At least 10 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus in cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed services.
- A minimum of 5 years leading managed security services or similar offerings.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- A solid grasp of cybersecurity risk management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and security operations.
- Proven track record of developing scalable, high-growth managed service solutions in a B2B context.
- A history of driving revenue growth, fine-tuning pricing models, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Successful experience leading cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and executing complex projects.
- A knack for analytical thinking, using data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities gracefully.

Benefits:
We offer competitive salaries, stock options, health benefits, unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more, tailored to each country’s offerings. The expected total compensation range for this position is $275,000 – $330,000 (base salary plus bonuses), though actual compensation will depend on various factors including qualifications and experience.
