We’re Hiring: Dance Teacher
We’re searching for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Dance Teacher to join our community. If you love dance and have a knack for inspiring students, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Cultivate a classroom environment where students develop a genuine passion for dance.
- Collaborate with fellow dance teachers to create a top-tier dance program while engaging the community in the importance of arts in education.
- Introduce students to a diverse repertoire that encourages them to connect, perform, and respond to various forms of artistic expression within dance.
- Demonstrate dance techniques and choreography through engaging movement.
- Design and oversee professional-grade performance opportunities for all students.
- Participate in ongoing training and receive real-time feedback from school leaders to continuously enhance your teaching methods.
We’d Love to Meet You If You:
- Hold or will earn a Bachelor’s degree before your start date.
- Have a record of achieving impressive academic results.
- Possess training from a rigorous dance program or boast significant professional performance experience.
- Are passionate about both dance and education.
- Enjoy working with kids and have a flair for effective dance instruction.
- Set ambitious goals for yourself and others, and are ready to roll up your sleeves to reach them.
- Have a strong stage presence and love inspiring others with your commitment and enthusiasm.
- Thrive when collaborating with others, whether it’s in a sports team, a band, or another group setting.
- Have leadership experience, like being a team captain or managing a club activity.
- Are detail-oriented and adept at juggling multiple responsibilities while managing competing priorities.
- Have experience working with children.
