What’s the Opportunity?
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-loving Marketing Operations Manager to support our Digital Solutions team. This is where your knack for organization and your love for tech can shine! You’ll be working closely with a diverse group of colleagues and have a hand in shaping marketing processes that help us hit our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a bird’s-eye view of our marketing operations, identifying bumps in the road and rolling out fresh processes to enhance efficiency, boost performance, and align with our business goals.
- Design clever audience segmentation strategies to craft engaging journeys for our database contacts, ensuring our campaigns perform at their peak.
- Collaborate with both Marketing and Sales to manage Marketo campaigns that sync seamlessly with Salesforce.
- Be the go-to guru for marketing automation and email marketing best practices, providing training and support across the organization.
- Keep a keen eye on data trends, running experiments and optimizing strategies to consistently exceed ambitious targets (think A/B testing!).
- Analyze campaign performance and share insights through attribution reporting.
- Drive our marketing automation initiatives by staying ahead of industry trends and implementing best practices.
- Get involved with our key organizational initiatives that enhance our Data Platform, delivering top-notch data to our clients and community.
Who You Are:
- You have a solid 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 of those years focused on email marketing or marketing operations.
- You’re familiar with marketing automation tools, especially Marketo, and have experience linking this data to CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Your collaboration skills are top-notch—you thrive while working with diverse teams and levels within the organization.
- You write great copy and can communicate effectively across various channels.
- You handle pressure and fast-paced environments with ease and organization.
- Your attention to detail is meticulous—you catch the little things that matter.
- Bonus points if you have experience with HTML emails and web design, as well as list and database management.
Compensation Information (NYC)
If you’re based in New York City, we want to be transparent about compensation. For this role, the salary range is estimated to be between $75,000 and $85,000. This estimate considers various factors such as qualifications, skills, experience, and location, and it doesn’t include our overall benefits package.
