Job Title: Software Developer – Loan IQ / .NET (Onsite in NYC)
Location: Onsite, 5 days a week in NYC
Pay Rate: Up to $45/hour

Hey there! We’re currently on the lookout for a talented Loan IQ Developer to join our client, a top-notch financial services firm, in bustling New York City. This is a hands-on, 6-month contract role that’s perfect for someone with a solid background in Loan IQ applications and .NET technologies. You’ll be diving into important financial systems and operations that drive the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll leverage your skills to develop and enhance Loan IQ applications using .NET, C#, and SQL. You’ll be collaborating closely with business analysts to ensure that their requirements translate seamlessly into brilliant technical solutions. Your responsibilities will also include designing efficient SQL queries, conducting code reviews, and making sure that applications perform at their best. You’ll be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering impactful financial solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in the financial services or banking industry is a must.
- You should have hands-on experience with Loan IQ applications—this is non-negotiable!
- Proficient in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL, with a knack for crafting complex queries and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with Loan IQ APIs and the Loan IQ Data Model is essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for troubleshooting application issues.
- Great communication and teamwork skills; we’re all about collaboration here!
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):
- Experience with JavaScript, React, or Java can set you apart.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Loan IQ applications to meet business needs.
- Team up with business stakeholders to define and implement effective technical solutions.
- Optimize database performance while troubleshooting any application hiccups.
- Engage in testing, debugging, and deliver high-quality code.
- Be active in the full SDLC, from planning to deployment.
Compensation & Work Details:
- Pay Rate: $45/hour
- Onsite work, 5 days a week in the heart of NYC.
- There’s a possibility for contract extension based on your performance.
