We’re looking for an enthusiastic Associate Partner Manager to join our Emerging Sales team in Hoboken, NJ. What You’ll Do:
As part of the Emerging Sales team, you’ll play a vital role in guiding your clients—mainly small and medium-sized businesses—through their advertising journey with Walmart. Your mission will be to help them plan, execute, and measure impactful campaigns that drive sales and attract new customers.
You’ll dive into the world of digital advertising, learning how to introduce clients to our paid search and programmatic advertising solutions. By utilizing Walmart’s unique data, you’ll offer personalized advice on the best products and strategies to meet their goals. Your Responsibilities Include:
- Taking ownership of your own portfolio of clients and driving their success.
- Learning the ins and outs of the marketplace, including competitive trends and business models, through close collaboration with senior Partner Managers and industry experts.
- Building strong relationships with clients and strategic partners to foster growth.
- Mastering best practices and processes to navigate challenges and achieve results.
- Reporting to a seasoned leader in our Emerging Sales division.
- Engaging with your colleagues in our dynamic office environment.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in Ad Sales, whether through an internship or involvement with a campus Advertising Club.
- A genuine passion for digital advertising, nurturing partnerships, and understanding the vast landscape of Walmart Merchandising.
- Basic knowledge of the sales process and lifecycle.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $114,000, plus additional performance-based bonuses.
