Job Title: After School Program Facilitator
Overview:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join our team as an After School Program Facilitator. In this role, you’ll work directly under the guidance of our Director of Educational Development, where you’ll have the opportunity to inspire and engage elementary, middle, and high school students through dynamic after-school activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive at the school ready to make an impact—punctuality and preparation are a must!
- Collaborate regularly with the Director of Educational Development to share ideas and receive guidance.
- Design and lead fun and engaging after-school sessions that include games, activities, and meaningful discussions tailored to students’ interests.
- Keep the lines of communication open with the Director to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Set a positive example by demonstrating appropriate academic and social behaviors for the students.
- Be open to additional tasks as needed to support the overall mission of our after-school program.

- A knack for connecting with students from various backgrounds, each with their unique strengths and challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills paired with solid organizational abilities to keep activities running smoothly.
- A responsible nature paired with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others—and a flexible attitude to adapt to any situation.
- Familiarity with academic content and the ability to use that knowledge in ways that make learning accessible and engaging.
- Skills in collecting and analyzing data to help us refine our approach and better support our students.
- A self-starter mindset that can tackle problem-solving with confidence.
Qualifications:
