About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to join our North American marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Field Marketing, you’ll be a vital player in aligning our marketing initiatives with the goals of our sales teams and partners. This role is truly collaborative, allowing you to connect with various teams, including Channel Partners, Partner Marketing, and PR, all while crafting impactful go-to-market strategies.
This position is fully remote within the U.S., with some travel required for key industry events and regional gatherings.
Your Impact Will Be Felt Through:
- Ownership of Regional Marketing Programs: You’ll spearhead initiatives like industry events, trade shows, executive roundtables, and virtual engagements, all designed to boost brand presence and support pipeline growth.
- Crafting Integrated Marketing Plans: Your creativity will shine as you develop strategies that merge content, digital marketing, PR, and partner co-marketing initiatives for a unified approach.
- Maximizing ROI: You’ll be responsible for measuring success by tracking key performance indicators, diving into data analysis, and adjusting strategies based on what the numbers tell you.
- Supporting Sales Teams: Work closely with our sales teams to ensure marketing programs align with regional goals, providing them with tailored messaging and effective follow-up strategies.
- Using Marketing Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce and other platforms (like Marketo, Canva, Zuddl) will enable you to monitor lead progress, campaign success, and overall effectiveness for ongoing refinement.
- Collaborating with Channel Partners: You’ll partner with our channel allies to create joint marketing programs that enhance engagement and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Localization and Personalization: Identifying opportunities to tailor our marketing efforts will ensure your campaigns resonate deeply with our regional audiences and key accounts.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
- A wealth of experience—minimum 5 years—in B2B software marketing, with a preference for those who have a background in enterprise security
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Jira, ClickUp, Coupa, Canva, and Zuddl, among others
What We Offer:

The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000, plus bonuses. Your actual compensation may vary based on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, there are performance-based incentives and equity options available.
