Your Role
We’re on the hunt for an upbeat and detail-focused Ad Policy Manager to join our Advertising Trust Policy team. If you’re analytical, organized, and passionate about making a difference, this could be the perfect role for you! In this position, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of internal teams globally, establishing productive relationships to support our ad policy initiatives.
You’ll be the advocate for our customers, adeptly resolving ad policy escalations while exercising sound judgment and creativity. You’ll also play a key role in internal training, ensuring our materials are current and relevant. Your responsibilities will include tracking, analyzing, and reporting on policy activities, developing new policies, and enhancing existing ones to create robust policy standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support and develop global ad policy initiatives.
- Resolve ad policy escalations, exercising strong judgment and innovative thinking.
- Create and deliver training while keeping materials localized and up to date.
- Undertake tracking, analysis, and reporting related to ad policy.
- Develop and refine policies while establishing clear standards.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in ad regulation, risk management, compliance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project or program management experience.
- 3+ years of collaboration with engineering teams.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master’s degree, JD, or MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in driving engineering projects.
- Experience working with metrics and conducting data analysis.
- Background in digital advertising, particularly in a regulatory context.
- Familiarity with creative acceptance policies and advertising standards.

Compensation
Our salary range for this position spans from $124,600 in the lowest geographic market to $206,100 in the highest. Compensation is based on various factors, including location, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a variety of medical and financial benefits.
