What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take the lead as a full-stack developer, primarily working with Java, Microservices, and React.
- Get hands-on with our CI/CD pipeline to ensure smooth integration, running sonar scans, and maintaining unit test coverage.
- Uphold high standards of quality in deliverables, following industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and partners to ensure seamless application and product delivery.
- Document project-related details in Confluence and JIRA, while supporting compliance and audit procedures.
- Ensure our systems meet all group infrastructure and security policies.
What You Bring:
- Solid experience with Java and React JS, plus familiarity with Spring Boot, Kafka, Cloud technologies, and unit testing tools like JUnit.
- Proficiency in SQL to support data management tasks.
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies, particularly in application development and DevOps.
- Expertise in build tools—including Jenkins, Git, TeamCity, and GitHub Actions.
- A team player mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Extra Skills to Shine:
- Experience in the finance sector would be a big plus.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is advantageous.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential, as is an ability to thrive in a global virtual environment.

In New York City, the salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $142,250. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors like your experience, education, and skills, along with your specific location.
