YOUR NEW ROLE:

We’re excited to welcome Full Stack Engineers to our PBM product team at Rightway! If you’re passionate about creating seamless experiences for users, you’ll thrive in this role. You’ll dive into the world of web, mobile, and API development using tools like React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript. Working closely with our product and design teams, you’ll be a vital part of shaping our users’ journeys.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON:

• Develop and enhance features for our mobile, web, and API platforms.
• Collaborate with your fellow engineers to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that stands the test of time.
• Engage in technical planning sessions, partake in code reviews, and contribute to spirited product discussions.
• Learn and grow within a dynamic engineering team that values each member’s contributions.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You bring 3+ years of experience in building modern web or mobile applications.
• JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js are your playgrounds.
• You have a basic understanding of React Native or a strong desire to dive into cross-platform mobile app development.
• You’re comfortable working with REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Curiosity and collaboration are in your DNA, and you’re eager to expand your skill set.

EXTRA CREDIT:

• Previous experience in healthcare or with pharmacy benefit management (PBM) systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling personal health information (PHI) is advantageous.

SALARY (Before Bonus Potential):

$135,000 – $165,000
Note: Compensation varies based on location for both remote and in-office roles.
