What You’ll Do
In this role, you will take the lead in creating the foundational AI and ML models that drive some of our most important product features. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Model Development: Spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge AI/ML algorithms that enhance our product’s capabilities.

Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with software engineers, applied scientists, and product managers to seamlessly integrate generative AI into our offerings.

Research-Driven: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest AI/ML research and ensuring those insights are woven into our technology roadmap.
- Strategic Input: Be an active voice in cross-functional discussions, contributing to decisions about AI research direction and product strategy.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need to bring a blend of education, experience, and skills:

A PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or a Master’s degree with 2-3 years of industry experience.

A strong background in training and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).

Familiarity with time series anomaly detection techniques.

Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, including deep learning, time series modeling, natural language processing, and unsupervised learning.

Proven experience with generative AI technologies and large-scale model deployment.

Exceptional problem-solving skills paired with the ability to turn research insights into actionable, real-world solutions.

Proficiency in ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and a knack for programming in languages prevalent in AI research.

Strong communication skills that enable you to explain complex technical ideas to a wide range of audiences.
- Experience in the Cybersecurity and/or Observability industry is a plus!

Salary and Benefits
Here’s what you can expect in terms of compensation:

Base Pay Range: Depending on your location, compensation ranges from $117,120 to $201,300 annually, with options for incentive compensation, equity, and long-term cash awards.
