About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a passionate and cheerful Daycare Teacher to join our close-knit team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in nurturing children’s development—intellectually, emotionally, and physically. If you have a knack for inspiring young minds and creating a loving atmosphere, we would love to chat with you!
What You’ll Do:
- Come up with fun, developmentally appropriate games and activities that spark joy and learning.
- Create a structured daily and weekly schedule that keeps everyone engaged and on track.
- Provide essential care and support through various caregiving activities.
- Assess each child’s progress to make sure they are hitting those important developmental milestones.
- Keep the lines of communication open with parents, providing updates on their little ones’ adventures throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as a daycare teacher or in a childcare setting is essential.
- A strong grasp of child development principles to guide your teaching.
- A patient, kind, and nurturing personality that kids will adore.
- Solid organizational, communication, and time management skills to keep everything running smoothly.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR to ensure safety at all times.
- A DOI Fingerprint clearance will be required after hiring.
