Who We’re Looking For:

We’re on the lookout for a Business Strategy Analyst Intern to join our Chief Data Office team under the guidance of the Sr. Director of Advisory Services. Our Chief Data Office operates out of both New York City and Boston and is engaged in shaping product strategy, enabling business, providing customer advisory services, and fostering technology partnerships.

In this role, you’ll dive into research around modern technologies, document real-world applications for privacy, security, and governance, support our clients with ongoing advisory projects, prepare materials for events, and collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams. We’d love to meet someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses stellar research, communication, and presentation skills, and is comfortable working independently.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on the latest technologies and provide presentations and documentation to our subject matter experts.
• Assist with BigID Best Practices documentation, including crafting, validating, and polishing customer use case decks and business value presentations.
• Help organize, document, and manage externally-shared content for the CDO team, contributing to Data Advisory decks, webinars, and presentations.
• Support our thought leadership initiatives by researching content and preparing presentation materials for events.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure all messaging and materials are aligned for key stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• A genuine curiosity and a positive attitude toward learning about data management, governance, and AI from a software vendor’s perspective.
• A proactive and motivated self-starter who is eager to soak up knowledge from industry experts at BigID and independently explore these topics.
• A professional demeanor when communicating with prospects, customers, and partners.
• Superb writing, communication, and presentation skills that get the point across clearly and concisely.
• A knack for simplifying complex ideas into engaging visuals and bullet points.
• Experience in research and content creation, particularly centered on data, statistics, or information governance.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing is preferred, especially with some internship experience in consulting or tech startups.

This internship is a 10-week paid opportunity starting on June 4th and running through August 8th, with the potential for up to 35 hours per week. You’ll earn $20 per hour.
