The Challenge:
As the Senior Manager of our Endpoint Systems Engineering team, you’ll help shape, design, implement, and sustain our IT infrastructure with cutting-edge technologies at the forefront. We’re looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager who is ready to lead the charge in building scalable and secure endpoint solutions. In this crucial role, you’ll oversee our sophisticated endpoint ecosystem, ensuring it performs with high reliability and security, all while pushing the envelope on innovation and aligning your team’s objectives with the broader vision of the company.
What You’ll Take On:
- Inspire and guide a team of talented engineers, focusing on their professional growth while fostering a cooperative atmosphere.
- Develop strategies for endpoint security, deployment, and lifecycle management from start to finish.
- Plan and coordinate endpoint engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Serve as an expert on endpoint operating systems and security protocols.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and various departments to seamlessly integrate endpoint solutions across our labels and studios.
- Ensure compliance with endpoint systems policies and regulatory standards.
What You Bring:
- A strong background in endpoint technologies, extending to device management platforms (like Intune, Jamf, and Airwatch), as well as operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
- In-depth understanding of endpoint lifecycle management, security protocols, and relevant industry standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration across various departments.
- Craft and execute a holistic endpoint management strategy for all company labels.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of endpoint devices, from procurement to retirement.
- Ensure that all endpoint devices adhere strictly to corporate and gaming industry security standards.
- Implement effective endpoint protection solutions, including antivirus, EDR, encryption, and zero-trust policies.
- Monitor endpoint vulnerabilities and lead compliance efforts for software patches across the board.
- Work closely with IT, development, and creative teams to tailor endpoint solutions that fit their needs.
- Provide technical guidance during game development cycles to ensure that endpoints meet performance and security requirements.
- Collaborate with security teams to address risks and incidents related to endpoints.
- Automate endpoint provisioning and management using tools like Intune, JAMF, or SCCM.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and applying innovative technologies to boost endpoint performance and enhance user experience.
- Maintain familiarity with gaming-specific IT requirements, such as high-performance workstations and specialized peripherals.
- Lead and mentor a group of endpoint specialists to uphold operational excellence.
- Provide training and support to IT staff across our different labels.
- Keep detailed documentation of endpoint systems, configurations, and processes.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages, such as PowerShell and Python, is a plus.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles and their implementation would be advantageous.

The salary for this position in New York City starts between $155,800 and $230,560 annually. However, the specific base pay will not only reflect market standards but also factor in your unique qualifications, skills, and experience. Your total compensation package may also include bonuses and equity awards, alongside a comprehensive array of medical, financial, and other benefits.
