What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting and maintaining detailed insurance wordings that reflect our comprehensive understanding of current and emerging risks. Here’s what’s on your plate:

Develop Wordings: Create and update cyber and technology insurance policies, endorsements, and applications with a keen eye on industry standards and customer needs.

Stay Informed: Keep your finger on the pulse of legal, regulatory, market, technology, and threat trends. Your observations will be vital in shaping our product offerings.

Collaboration is Key: Work alongside product leaders to ensure that our wordings meet legal and regulatory standards. You’ll help ensure that we remain competitive and relevant in our field.

Training and Development: Design engaging training programs for our underwriters to empower them with knowledge about our products, market trends, and risk management approaches.
- Innovate and Recommend: Identify new risks and present solutions that enhance our cyber insurance offerings. Your technical expertise will be a cornerstone for our product leaders and underwriters.
Skills We’re Looking For:
We hope you bring some solid experience to the table, including:
- A strong background in cyber insurance product development and management of wordings.
- A knack for analytical thinking and the ability to interpret and adapt to evolving industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to share your insights effectively.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams and some previous exposure to training within the insurance sector.

Work Arrangements:
For this position, we embrace a hybrid work model. This means you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely but will also come together with your team 8-12 times a month for collaborative sessions that foster creativity and teamwork.

Compensation:
