Job description:
About Us:
At Notion, we believe that software should be as flexible and inventive as the people using it. Our mission since 2016 has been to empower every individual, team, and organization to customize their software to tackle any challenge that comes their way. While computers are remarkable tools, the ability to build or modify the software we rely on remains out of reach for many. We’re passionate about changing this narrative by infusing our products with creativity, thoughtful design, and technical excellence.
We’re proud to have journeyed alongside innovative brands like Pixar, Mitsubishi, Figma, Plaid, and Match Group, and we’re on the lookout for new team members who excel in their fields. Our growth is fueled by a commitment to diversity and creativity, reflecting the rich variety of the millions of users we serve around the globe.

- Keep a pulse on project progress, proactively flagging and addressing potential issues to keep the momentum going.
- Cultivate strong relationships across departments, ensuring that our team’s resources align with the broader goals of the company.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:

- Excellent communication skills, with a history of effectively collaborating with technical teams to develop global systems and solutions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Points:
- Experience leading performance and scalability initiatives would be a definite plus!
