The Opportunity
As a Principal Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role, directly reporting to the VP of Product. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of key product areas. - Base Salary: Between $169,000 and $241,000
- Equity: 45,000 shares

What You’ll Be Doing
- Spearheading product strategy and ensuring alignment with R&D and Go-To-Market teams
- Leading product development alongside Engineering and Design teams
- Nurturing key relationships with stakeholders, from department leads to executive management
- Crafting and implementing go-to-market strategies with Sales and Marketing
- Acting as a product ambassador both within the company and in industry circles
- Guiding pricing and packaging strategies to maximize value
- Building strong connections with enterprise buyers and advocates
- Leading multidisciplinary teams toward outcomes that put the customer first
What You Bring to the Table
- A solid 8+ years of Product Management experience, especially in B2B settings
- A proven background in critical infrastructure sectors like defense, cybersecurity, communications, or manufacturing
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
- Strong strategic thinker with a first-principles mindset
- Experience working with both enterprise and public sector clients
- Willingness to travel 20-30% during peak times
- An MBA would be a bonus
