Job Title: Senior Specialist – Architecture (Java Back End Developer)
Location: New York City, NY (Onsite 3 – 5 days a week)

If you have a solid foundation in backend development and enjoy collaborating with a team to shape innovative architecture, let’s chat!
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience that tells your story.
- Solid experience in software development, particularly with Java 8 or newer.
- Hands-on expertise with the Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot.
- A knack for troubleshooting and coding when it comes to Web Services and RESTful APIs.
- Strong familiarity with messaging systems, with a preference for IBM MQ.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
- A solid background in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps processes, including CI/CD tools and Git.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, and Moogsoft.
- An understanding of Scrum methodologies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt with minimal guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bonus points for any experience with data warehousing, data lakes, pipelines, or cloud technologies.
- Previous exposure to the securities or financial services industry is a significant advantage!
