Right now, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and talented Security Operations Analysts to join our Customer Operations team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our clients, analyzing their traffic and helping to keep the internet free from malicious bots.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
- Dive into customer traffic data to spot potential threats and false alarms, primarily using ElasticSearch and BigQuery (SQL).
- Provide active, real-time support to our clients, ensuring they receive top-notch professional service.
- Collaborate with customers to deliver insightful incident reports.
- Communicate effectively with our global clientele to ensure quick responses and resolutions.
- Team up with our R&D and research groups to enhance our ability to detect and tackle cyber threats in real-time.
- Take charge of planning and executing internal projects and automation efforts.
- Be part of the action during scheduled shifts, including weekends.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong communicators who excel at both spoken and written interactions, especially with clients.
- Analytical thinkers who thrive on data-driven decision-making.
- Those with a passion for data, security, and stellar customer service.
- Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly in roles involving threat detection and response.
- Individuals who have hands-on experience with data analysis of large datasets, including data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- A solid understanding of web architecture and protocols (like CDN, HTML, JS, HTTP, etc.).
- Awareness of the cybersecurity landscape and current threats.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

For this role, you can expect a competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $130,000, along with potential bonuses and incentives. Your paycheck will reflect your experience and expertise, and we also offer stock options as part of our compensation package.
