Your Role: Customer Success Manager
As our new Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful relationships with both small-to-medium businesses and enterprise-level customers. Your journey with our clients will begin post-sale, where you’ll guide them through every step—from their onboarding experience to continuous product engagement and contract renewals.
Here’s what you’ll be diving into:

Implementation Wizard: You’ll take charge of the onboarding process, ensuring customers are set up for success right from the start with tailored product training and support.

Customer Champion: It’ll be your mission to maintain customer health, satisfaction, and growth, advocating for their needs every step of the way.

Trusted Advisor: You’ll engage with decision-makers, champions, and other key stakeholders, building strategic relationships that are grounded in trust and understanding.

Best Practices Guru: Help your clients maximize the potential of Panorays by sharing insights on how to effectively manage third-party security risks and achieve their business objectives.

Customer Advocate: You’ll be the voice of our customers within our team, providing valuable feedback that can shape the future of our product.

Collaborative Partner: Work closely with Account Management and Product Teams to uncover new opportunities for upselling and expanding our offerings.
- Value Maximizer: Use your expertise to ensure clients are getting the most out of their investment in Panorays, leading to strong retention rates.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, there are a few key things we need from you:

Communication Skills: You need to be a fantastic communicator, both in writing and speaking.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Customer Success is essential, ideally within the cybersecurity or InfoSec SaaS space.

Quick Learner: You should be able to pick up new technologies and understand business needs swiftly.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS solutions is important, as you’ll be helping clients navigate our software.

People Person: Building and maintaining strong relationships should come naturally to you.

Organizational Star: You’ll need to juggle multiple responsibilities, so being highly organized and accountable is key.

Adaptable: We’re looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, tackling challenges head-on.

Team Player: Your success will rely on working collaboratively with different teams, so a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills are a must.
- Hybrid Work Model: This role requires you to be in our Manhattan office at least two days a week, embracing a hybrid work model.
Compensation and Benefits
For those joining us in New York City, we offer an attractive OTE range of $100,000 – $135,000, along with equity options, variable compensation, and a robust benefits package. While the base salary is a guideline, actual compensation will be reflective of your unique qualifications, skills, and experience. Our benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid leave.
