What You’ll Do:
As a Child Care Assistant Teacher, you’ll be the heartbeat of our classroom. Your day will involve engaging children in hands-on activities that spark their curiosity and cater to their interests. You’ll maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere while keeping open lines of communication with parents—sharing those joyful milestones that help families feel connected. Plus, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our classroom is safe and organized, following our essential guidelines to a T.
Who You Are:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to meet a few qualifications:
- You should be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
- While not required, we prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
- A CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or a related field is a big plus!

Let’s Talk About Requirements:
This role involves working in person at one of our early education/preschool centers, where you’ll ensure the safety and well-being of the children in your care. As part of the hiring process, you’ll need to complete various health and safety training, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding immunizations and physical screenings.
Salary and Perks:
The pay for this position ranges from $18.20 to $22.70 an hour, based on your experience, education, and other factors.
