We’re on the lookout for dedicated product management professionals to steer our Online Services product teams. This role is pivotal, as you’ll help maintain Rockstar’s online platform across games and web, engaging with millions of players around the globe. Your mission? To develop and execute a compelling vision for our account management platform that emphasizes account security, data privacy, administration, and customer support.
This is a full-time position based at our vibrant headquarters in Downtown Manhattan, NYC.

Your Role:
- User Understanding: Get to know our players! You’ll identify their account management and privacy needs and develop tools to support our customer service teams worldwide.
- Strategic Thinking: Use data to create compelling justifications for platform decisions and gain buy-in from leadership and other stakeholders on your exciting vision.
- Building Platforms: Develop user interfaces and tools that empower administrators to oversee accounts and game data efficiently and at scale.
- Risk Assessment: Team up with security experts to spot and mitigate potential threats to account security, including automated attacks and social engineering.
- Detail-Oriented: Craft comprehensive specifications, visuals, and documents that clearly define your project’s scope, feasibility, and required efforts.
- Insight Generation: Design and track key performance indicators, using data insights to steer product performance and influence future priorities.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10+ years in technology product management, with hands-on experience in launching large-scale, user-driven products.
- Significant experience with global account management systems, especially in implementing security measures and data privacy solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and user research methodologies that inform product development and prioritization.
Skills and Qualities We Value:
- Strong foundation in policies related to privacy, trust, safety, and security.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, security, and operations teams to shape technology decisions and product requirements.
- Proven track record of designing scalable, reliable, and available 24/7 solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, effectively engaging with teams and leadership to keep everyone informed about product status and features.
Bonus Points if You Have:

- A deep understanding of account management solutions, especially within the consumer technology, entertainment, or AAA gaming sectors.
- Experience in the AAA games industry.

- A knack for project management methodologies and process enhancement.
- A passion for gaming, especially Rockstar titles.
- A degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Compensation:
The expected salary range for this position in New York State (including NYC) starts at $122,600 and can go up to $163,400 per year. Keep in mind that this is a starting point, and the actual offer will depend on various factors, including your experience and expertise. Our compensation package also includes potential bonuses, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.
