About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a compassionate and skilled Nursing Supervisor to join our dynamic healthcare team! In this role, you’ll take the lead in supervising both professional and clinical nursing staff, ensuring that our facility runs smoothly and consistently upholds the highest standards of care. Minimum Qualifications:
- Current permanent competitive or 55b/c service in this title or a related eligible title for 70.1 transfer.
- If you’re coming from the public, this role is part of the New York Hiring for Emergency Limited Placement Statewide program (NY HELPS). If you meet the NY HELPS minimum qualifications, you may qualify for a non-competitive appointment.
- You must hold a current NY State license and registration as a registered professional nurse, along with three years of clinical nursing experience post-licensure.
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing can be used to substitute for one year of that experience, while a master’s degree can cover two years.
Compensation & Benefits:

- Base salary of $79,928.
- An increased hiring rate of $10,536.
- Geographic Pay Differential of $35,000.
