Our Strategy and Planning team, nestled within the Sales Operations department, is on a mission to supercharge our Sales organization’s growth. In this dynamic role, you’ll be a key partner to the Commercial Growth sales leadership team, acting as the “COO” for the business. Your day-to-day will be full of exciting challenges ranging from launching and scaling new projects to digging into data for valuable insights and fine-tuning processes.

What You’ll Do:
As our Senior Analyst in Sales Strategy & Planning, you will:
- Drive the analytical heartbeat of our business through monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and in-depth analyses.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on market and segment analyses to uncover insights and identify emerging trends.
- Dive into data to extract meaningful insights in response to various business challenges.
- Become the go-to expert on Sales KPIs, performance tracking, compensation, and forecasting processes.
- Get involved in the quarterly and annual business planning for the Sales team, including headcount planning and territory management.
- Work closely with different business units to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree with a focus on a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.).
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Strategy or Sales Operations; experience in Sales Operations is a significant plus.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into straightforward business language.
- A solid understanding of consumption-based software business models.
- Strong data analytical skills, particularly with advanced Excel capabilities; you know how to manipulate and interpret data effectively.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (think SQL, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Looker).
- Proficiency navigating Salesforce with ease.
