Your Role
As the EPM Financial Consolidation Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our global teams in their financial reporting and consolidation needs. Guided by the Senior Tech Manager of Enterprise Performance Management, you’ll harness Oracle’s EPM Cloud Software Suite to develop, optimize, and maintain our financial systems. This role isn’t just about numbers – it’s about creating innovative reporting solutions that meet the distinct needs of our business partners. You’ll collaborate with both technical experts and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and implement systems that support best-in-class planning solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support design sessions for our financial systems, focusing on HFM (or FCCS/other cloud solutions), while considering aspects like database structure, business rules, reports, and security.
- Document design requirements that align with our business needs.
- Configure various application components, including databases, rules, calculations, reports, security protocols, and process management.
- Assist in data conversion tasks and ensure seamless interfacing, including thorough testing and data reconciliation.
- Support the deployment of our consolidation applications, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Share your expertise in consolidation processes with potential clients to guide them effectively.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- 2 to 4 years of experience working with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).
- Completed at least one full lifecycle implementation of FCCS.
- Familiarity with FDM/FDMEE is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems like JDE, Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, Great Plains, etc.
- Strong understanding of the financial close cycle and related best practices.
- Proven track record of creating consolidated financial statements for both public and private organizations.
- Knowledgeable about GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Experience handling intercompany eliminations effectively.
- Familiar with financial audits, internal controls, US regulatory reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
- Adept at foreign currency translation and its effects.
- Experience with joint ventures and ownership structures, with strong data reconciliation skills.

For our NYC-based positions, the salary range starts at $100,000 and can go up to $185,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. This package may also include bonuses or equity awards and a variety of benefits detailed upon hiring.
