Your Role in Our Team
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead efforts to expand our advertising partnerships on e-commerce platforms and enhance our in-store activations. As a seasoned sales leader, you’ll be tasked with shaping portfolio strategies, driving revenue growth in important markets, and developing a talented team of Partner Managers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Growth: Foster advertising revenue from key verticals, helping brands make their mark and connect with customers.
- Optimize Processes: Develop streamlined business processes that make our sales team more productive and efficient.
- Enhance Client Experience: Quickly identify and solve challenges that impact emerging advertisers’ success with our comprehensive advertising solutions.
- Lead and Inspire: Work within a cross-functional team environment to mentor, coach, and influence those around you.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize your expertise in consultative sales to engage with C-suite leaders, all while embracing collaboration and creative problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience building and managing high-achieving teams.
- Proven Success: A track record of increasing revenue through new business opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong grasp of advertising technology and current trends in data and performance measurement.
- E-commerce Knowledge: Deep insights into eCommerce fundamentals and industry movements.
- Storytelling Skills: Ability to effectively communicate marketing possibilities to brands and translate complex data into valuable insights for clients.
- Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, with the ability to pivot and innovate as needed.
- Leadership Qualities: Experience in instituting new performance measures and processes that drive operational success.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, alongside 4 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, if you have 6 years of experience in business, marketing, or sales, we’d love to hear from you!
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience managing sales teams in the business, marketing, or sales sectors are preferred.
