Position Overview:

- Type of Role: PRN (as-needed basis)
We’re on the lookout for General Medicine Providers to conduct Compensation and Pension exams, as well as Separation Health Assessments. If you have a background in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Details:
- Where You’ll Work: You’ll need to have your own office space, as this role allows for evaluations to take place at your familiar surroundings.
- Locations to Serve: Ithaca, Trumansburg, and Watertown, with a flexible commitment of one day a week at each location.
- Exams: Assessments will primarily be interview-based with a few physical assessments, focusing on muscle strength, range of motion, and various other evaluations.
- Options for Scheduling: You can choose between half days (4 hours) or full days (8 hours), with a structured hourly rate.
- Credentialing: Quick onboarding in place, plus mentorship through a “Pep Session” to help you get acquainted with our processes and procedures.
What We Offer:
- Pay Structure:
- Half-day Rate: $800 for 4-hour shifts or less
- Daily Rate: $1600 for shifts longer than 5 hours
- Bonus: A one-time bonus of $650 for completing required training and exams.

Getting Started:
After credentialing, you’ll complete DMA training and be matched with a New Provider Liaison who will guide you through the process of navigating the online portal and prepping for your first cases.
