Your Role:
As a vital member of our nursing team, you’ll be responsible for administering medications and treatments during your shift, all aligned with individualized care plans. Under the guidance of the Head or Charge Nurse, you will ensure our residents receive the highest standard of nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor residents’ behavior, symptoms, and progress, keeping open communication with the Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse.
- Administer and document medications in strict accordance with established protocols, physician orders, and health regulations.
- Execute treatments as directed by physicians, adhering closely to our policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse regarding any necessary adjustments to medications or treatments.
- Manage the ordering of prescribed medications while confirming accuracy upon receipt from the pharmacy.
What We’re Looking For:
- You must hold a current NY State Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- Completion of an accredited LPN program is required.
Salary:
You’ll earn $38.36 per hour—an investment in your skills and dedication.
