Job description:We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced lead teacher to join our infant classroom family! If you have a love for nurturing little ones and helping them grow, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a lead teacher, your daily adventures will include:
– Changing diapers (yes, this is part of the job, and you’ll get really good at it!)
– Teaching our tiniest learners essential social skills
– Keeping our space clean and safe through regular sanitizing
– Introducing colors, shapes, numbers, and letters to the kiddos, tailored to their age and development
– Building strong communication channels with parents and guardians
– Encouraging physical play and creative exploration for the babies
– Collaborating with fellow staff members, especially other lead teachers
– And yes, don’t forget the best part—snuggling our beautiful babies!
To qualify, you’ll need an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA with a study plan in place.
